Tamarack provides avenue for showcasing the first and only statewide collection of crafts, arts and cuisine while carrying out their mission of preserving West Virginia’s cultural and performing arts. More than 1,200 artisans and businesses dealing in WV handicrafts, fine art, live entertainment and food are represented under one roof.  

Housed in an award winning facility, visitors may experience West Virginia fine arts, performances and foods. Visitors may also shop in the retail space, experience live entertainment in a theater seating 200, or watch live demonstrations by artisans in five craft studios.

The complex also has a 1.2 mile nature trail and inner courtyard with dining area and sculpture garden. The newly opened Tamarack Conference Center provides flexible meeting space to accommodate all sizes of banquets, educational events, conferences and expositions. A tourist information center rounds out the facility by providing travelers with information about attractions around the state.
